  • The Waihi Agricultural & Pastoral Association welcomes applications from market stallholders interested in being part of the Waihi A&P Show on Saturday, 14 November 2026.

    The Waihi A&P Show is a great opportunity to showcase your business, products and services to the local community and visitors from across the region. We are looking for a diverse range of quality market stalls to complement the show and provide visitors with an enjoyable shopping experience.

    Event Information
    Date: Saturday, 14 November 2026
    Show hours: 9.30am – 3.00pm
    Vendor arrival: Vendors must be onsite and ready to trade by 9.00am
    Trading requirement: Vendors are required to remain onsite and trading until the conclusion of the show at 3.00pm
    Site fee: $20 incl. GST
    Power: Power is not available at this event. Vendors requiring power must provide their own suitable power supply.

    I understand that submitting an application does not guarantee a site at the Waihi A&P Show.

    If accepted, I agree to comply with all Waihi A&P Show stallholder conditions and all applicable New Zealand laws and requirements relating to health and safety, product safety, food safety where applicable, fire safety, waste management and trading.

    I understand that I am responsible for providing my own stall, gazebo/marquee, tables, chairs, power supply and any other equipment required for my stall unless otherwise agreed with the Association.

    All gazebos, marquees and temporary structures must be adequately secured and weighted at all times.

    The Waihi A&P Show can experience high winds, and stallholders are responsible for ensuring their gazebo, marquee and any other temporary structures are safely and securely anchored for the duration of the event.

    Stallholders must provide their own suitable weights and securing equipment. Pegs alone may not be sufficient depending on ground conditions and weather.

    The Waihi A&P Association accepts no responsibility for damage or injury caused by inadequately secured gazebos, marquees or other stall structures.

    The event organisers reserve the right to require a stallholder to strengthen or secure their structure if it is considered unsafe. If a structure cannot be adequately secured, the stallholder may be required to dismantle it
