Membership provides opportunities for connection, collaboration, professional growth, and community impact while helping expand access to quality resources and support for local families.Whether you are looking to build relationships with other providers, increase visibility for your organization, or invest in meaningful community initiatives, there is a membership level designed for you.All memberships are valid for one calendar year and require annual renewal.

Be a service-based business, nonprofit organization, or professional practice operating in one or more of the following areas: health, wellness, education, therapy, parenting, or family support.Maintain a physical business address or primary service location within Blount County, Tennessee. Hold all current licenses, certifications, credentials, or professional qualifications required for their field of practice.Operate in a manner that reflects the mission, values, and community-centered spirit of Foothills Family Collective.Complete the membership application process and submit the annual membership contribution.Renew membership annually to maintain active status and eligibility for member benefits.Commit to supporting local families through participation in the Foothills Family Collective Wellness Benefit Program by providing a donated service, educational offering, or other approved contribution. Program expectations and participation guidelines will be communicated annually. Membership is intended for organizations and professionals who demonstrate ethical business practices, a commitment to collaboration, and a genuine desire to strengthen families within our community. Members are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully in all Foothills Family Collective activities, events, and partnerships.Foothills Family Collective reserves the right to review all membership applications and may decline, suspend, or revoke membership if eligibility requirements are no longer met or if conduct is determined to be inconsistent with the mission, values, or ethical standards of the organization.
