Spaces Available:
4x8 table - $100 (one table* with black tablecloth and two chairs provided) *this space is for the table only. If you will need space around the table or to add a backdrop, you will need to register for an 8x8 space
8x8 space - $200 (one table* with black tablecloth and two chairs provided)
10x10 space - $300 (two tables* with black tablecloths and two chairs provided)
10x20 space - $500 (two tables* with black tablecloths and two chairs provided)
*all tables provided will be 8 ft rectangular banquet tables
In addition to the vendor fee, all vendors must donate an item valued at $100 or more to be given away throughout the event to the attendees as door prizes.
ANY ADDITIONAL PROPS, BACK DROPS, TABLES, TABLECLOTHS, CHAIRS, ETC WILL NOT BE PROVIDED AND WILL BE THE VENDORS RESPONSIBILITY TO SUPPLY THOSE.
Vendor set up will be late Saturday evening or Sunday morning. An email will be sent in advance with details on times and setup procedures.
Advertising Opportunities:
Projector Screen Advertising Option - $50
We will have 3 projector screens inside the conference center that will be rotating businesses that choose this advertising option throughout the duration of the expo
This is an additional fee and is not included in your space fee.
Program
Half Page - $50 (with projector advertising included $75)
Full Page - $100 (with projector advertising included $125)
You do not need to be a vendor at the event to purchase either advertising opportunity.
Businesses in attendance will be listed in the program with their space booking. Additional advertising with graphics can be purchased for an additional fee.
All vendors and advertisers will be posted to our social media page leading into the event.
Deadline for projector and program advertising is Monday, October 26, 2026.
VIP tickets will be sold in advance and will be limited to 60 tickets.
VIP guests will be given a swag bag, early admission at 1:00 pm to have priority in availability with our vendors and hors d'oeuvres will be provided.
General admission tickets will be admitted beginning at 2:00 pm.
