I/WE give Masons permission to raise a VAT invoice on my/our behalf and I/WE agree to pay HM Revenue and Customs any output tax liability as shown on the invoice.

New: An item is new/original condition, having never been used, no visible signs of wear
Used: An item that has been previously used. The items may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but it is fully operational, and functions as intended.
Spares/Repairs: An item that does not function as intended and is not fully operational.

NOT TO BE LESS THAN £100 OR IF NO RESERVE PLEASE STATE "SELL"

Vendor's Commission: 8% (Minimum £2) plus VAT per lot. Commission is payable on all lots sold privately after having been entered in the sale. Lots sold for £100 or less will be subject to a commission rate of 20% plus VAT. Advertising & catalogue costs are included in the commission rate charged.
Buyer's Premium: 6.5% plus VAT (except where stated otherwise).
Reserves: No reserves will be accepted for lots less than £100. The Auctioneer reserves the right to charge £5 for each reserved lot that does not sell by failing to meet the stated reserve price. The Auctioneer must be notified of reserves in writing prior to the sale.
Delivery: All goods must be delivered to Louth Livestock Market on Tuesday 15^th September 2026 by 6pm.
Security: Louth Livestock Market is a secure site with CCTV in operation at all times and the site entrances will be securely locked.
Electrical Items: All electrical items must be PAT tested. Electrical items which have not been subject to PAT testing or have failed PAT testing will have the plugs removed and be sold as scrap.
Liability: The Auctioneer accepts no liability for loss or damage to any items entered for the sale. Items at all times are at risk of the Vendor who should ensure there is relevant insurance cover.

Acceptance of Lots: Please note we cannot accept the following: second hand asbestos, household & domestic goods, children's play equipment, gas cookers, crash helmets, firearms, agrochemicals & hay/straw bales. Please note wheels & tyres will be accepted at the sole discretion of The Auctioneers.
Closing Date for Entries: Friday 11^th September 2026.
Hire Purchase: Items subject to hire purchase agreements or other similar financial arrangements must be disclosed to the auctioneers along with any necessary consents obtained from the lender to sell the item through the sale.
