Spread Kindness Patch Survey 2026-2027

Thank you for completing the Spread Kindness Patch Program!
Before you get started: Please answer honestly, because your responses will only be used to help to improve this program. Patches are $2 each for those who complete the requirements and fill out this survey.

Patches will be ordered at the end of January 2027 and available for pick up at A Place for Girls or from your Service Unit as soon as they arrive (anticipated February 2027). You will receive an email when patches are ready!
How did your Girl Scout(s) Spread Kindness to the Earth? Tell us about their project and how they encouraged others to help the environment too!
