At Reborn Rescue, we specialize in small dogs, 30 lbs and under. Unfortunately, we are not equipped to house larger breeds. If you need to surrender a larger dog, please refer to our partners list below for alternative resources.
Reborn Rescue accepts surrenders on a case-by-case basis. If you need to surrender a dog, please contact us to make proper intake arrangements. Abandoning or dumping dogs on our property is not only unsafe for the animals but also unacceptable. Every surrender must go through the proper process to ensure the best outcome for the dog.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Voluntary Surrender: The Owner hereby voluntarily surrenders all ownership, possession, and control of the dog described above ("Dog") to Reborn Rescue.
2. Transfer of Ownership: By signing this Agreement, the Owner understands and agrees that they are permanently relinquishing all legal and equitable rights to the Dog. Rebom Rescue will assume full ownership and responsibility for the Dog upon execution of this Agreement.
3. No Reclaiming Rights: The Owner acknowledges that they will have no right to reclaim or demand the return of the Dog at any time after signing this Agreement
4 Medical History & Disclosure: The Owner agrees to provide any available medical records and disclose all known behavioral and medical history of the Dog.
5. No Liability: The Owner understands that once the Dog is surrendered, the Rescue assumes all responsibility and liability for the Dog. The Owner releases and discharges the Rescue from any claims or liabilities arising from the Dog's future actions, health, or placement.
6. No Financial Compensation: The Owner acknowledges that they are surrendering the Dog without any expectation of financial compensation, reimbursement, or adoption updates.
7. Truthful Representation: The Owner affirms that all information provided in this Agreementis accurate and complete to the best of their knowledge. Any false representation may result in legal consequences.
8. Indemnification: The Owner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Rescuer from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Dog's history prior to surrender.
