Hamilton Soccer - Indoor League 2026-27 Disclaimer

By signing below, I agree to register the above listed teams in the Hamilton Soccer 2026-27 Indoor League programs. I acknowledge that in order to secure placement in the Hamilton Soccer 2026-27 Indoor Leagues, that I must remit the stated deposit payment listed above within 48 hours to Hamilton Soccer via etransfer at gm@hamiltonsoccer.net, with the following information (Team Name - Registrant Contact Name- Indoor 2026/27). 

I further acknowledge that my deposit is non-refundable and will be kept by Hamilton Soccer should our team withdraw, as well that all scheduled payments will be made within the schedule timelines. Should a division not run because there are not enough teams to run (minimum 4-6, depending on age), Hamilton Soccer will reimburse the team the FULL non-refundable deposit. 

We also agree to abide by all rules & regulations of Hamilton Soccer, its' codes of conduct, as well as Ontario and Canada Soccer guidelines. We acknowledge that our member club is a sanctioned member of Ontario Soccer and it's member districts. If our club is NOT a member of Hamilton Soccer District, we acknowledge that we will abide by our home districts rules governing 'Playing Out' permission and will furnish Hamilton Soccer with a copy of this permission prior to league commencement.
