    Entry Fee & Costs:

    • $250 - Mrs., Miss, Teen, and Pre-Teen
    • $90 - Princess
    • $50 NONREFUNDABLE Deposit Required Upon Registration*

    What is included in your Entry Fee:
    - Participation in the 2 day competition
    - Lunch provided 1st day of rehearsal
    - 5 professional images from the competition
    - Contestant Welcome Bag
    - Half Page Ad in the Program Book
    - Custom sponsor sash**

    **As part of your contestant experience, each contestant is responsible for securing ONE sponsor whose name or business will be featured on her official sponsor sash. Your sponsor can be a local business, organization, professional, family member, or individual supporter who wants to support your journey to the crown.

    • Eligibility Requirements 
      • Must meet age requirements for specified division by the February 1st, 2027.
      • Must reside, work, or go to school in at least one regional West Texas County no less than 3 months prior to the pageant.
      • Must be legally, and medically recognized as female.
      • Must be a legal United States Resident.
      • Additional requirements:
      • Mrs. delegates must be legally married (must present a valid marriage license), and may or may not have had children.
        Miss may be single, or divorced, and may, or may not, have had children
      • Teen, & Pre-Teen delegates must never have been married or had a child/legal dependent.
      • Teen, Pre-Teen, & Princess delegates must have parent/legal guardian permission to compete.

      No exceptions to the eligibility requirements will be made. These rules are in place in accordance to most state pageant requirements. Our winners will advance to a state competition of their choice.

    • Special Registration Discounts
      One discount per contestant. If a contestant qualifies for multiple discounts, only the highest-value discount will be applied. Discounts may not be combined.

      • Early Bird Discount: Register before November 1st and receive $15 off your registration fee.
      • Family Pair Discount: Sisters and mother/daughter pairs receive $20 off each contestant’s registration fee. *Up to 4 Contestants*
      • Returning Contestant Discount: Returning contestants receive $15 off their registration fee, plus a special “Welcome Back” gift at registration.

      Please note: Only one registration discount may be applied per contestant. The discount with the highest monetary value will automatically be applied to the contestant’s registration balance at the final payment.
