  • The Blue Resource Table, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving Westchester County, New York. Our mission is to empower and support youth by providing essential resources and opportunities that foster educational success and personal development. Executive Director Tuesday Paige McDonald was awarded a grant from 9/11 Day and AmeriCorps to lead Kits for Kids for 9/11 Day. On Wednesday, September 9, 2026, volunteers gather at The Summit at MOBC, 1432 Park Street, Peekskill, to assemble 380 kits. On Friday, September 11, 2026 — the 25th anniversary — we begin with a moment of silence and a universal prayer for our community, and then those kits are delivered to youth across Peekskill. We serve on these days in honor of the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and in honor of the people who answered the call — the strangers who took care of strangers. Twenty-five years later, we remember by serving. Come be part of it. This project is supported by a grant from 9/11 Day and AmeriCorps.
  • Photography and Video Photo and video documentation of our volunteers is a requirement of our grant from 9/11 Day and AmeriCorps. By registering and taking part in this project, you understand that you — and anyone you register with you — may be photographed and recorded during the event, and that those images and recordings may be used by The Blue Resource Table, Inc., 9/11 Day, and AmeriCorps in reports, publications, and on social media. If you would prefer not to appear in photographs, please let a team lead know when you check in.
