I understand that FORGE by Zealyst is a two year leadership development program. By registering, I commit to participating in all required program omponents and acknowledge the annual program fee of $12,500 per participant, per year. Program commitments include four in-person engagements, bi-monthly virtual individual coaching and bi-monthly virtual cohort meetings.
