This is an agreement between the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce (Publisher) and the Advertiser. The Advertiser understands and agrees to (initial each item):
1. I understand that if we, the Advertiser, miss the commitment deadline of November 1, 2026, our ad will not be included in the 2027 Directory. I understand the rationale is to meet production deadlines. Initial:

2. I understand that the full balance due for ads must be paid by us, the Advertiser, by November 30, 2026, or our ad will not be included in the 2027 Directory. I understand the rationale to be to meet production deadlines. Initial:

3. I understand that, if for any reason, our ad is cancelled, we will be reimbursed 50% of the value and billed 50% of the unpaid balance. I understand there will be no refunds after December 31, 2026 due to preparation and productions costs incurred to the Chamber after an ad commitment is made. Initial:

4. I understand that if we elect to have an ad in the 2027 Directory, our Membership dues for 2027 must be paid in full by January 15, 2027 for ad placement. I understand this rationale for both production deadlines, and to not evade membership dues by placing an ad in the Directory. Initial:

5. I understand that if I have purchased a half-page ad or larger that I am eligible to submit a photo of my business for use in the Directory and for the Chamber website or advertising. I understand that submission of this photo is my responsibility. All totals will include selected ad size, production charges (if needed), and enhanced website and InfoHub listing (if selected). All applications will be reviewed for accuracy and proper pricing with an invoice sent for payment.
