LIABILITY RELEASE: As the legal parent or guardian, I release On The Move LLC., its owners and operators, from any and all liability claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss items, damage, or injury that may be sustained by the child(ren) while in or upon the premises.

MEDICAL EMERGENCY PROCEDURE: I give permission to On The Move LLC., its owners and operators, to seek or administer medical treatment for your child if the need arises. I release On The Move LLC., its owners and operators from any liability that may arise from an emergency treatment.

PAYMENT POLICY: Tuition is due on the 1st class of each month. Payments received after the 15th of the month will incur a $10 late fee.Tuition remains the same regardless of holidays, scheduled studio closures, or student absences. No refunds or credits will be given for missed classes unless approved by management. If another payment date is needed for your payment schedule, please get with the owner, Kristina Crabtree for an approved payment time so no late fee occurs. Accepted Payment Methods:• Cash• Check• Debit/Credit Card• Online Payments. Returned Payments: A fee of $25 will be charged for any returned check or declined payment. Accounts with unpaid balances may result in suspension of class participation until the balance is paid.Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY: A text or email notice of withdrawal must be submitted at least 14 days before the next billing cycle. Families are responsible for all tuition charges until text or email has been received and acknowledged by the owner. No refunds will be issued after tuition has been processed.

WEATHER POLICY: The safety of our students and families is our highest priority. On the Move may cancel classes due to tornado warnings, severe thunderstorms, ice, hazardous road conditions, or other emergency weather situations. Families will be notified through GroupMe, social media, and or text message. Weather-related closures may be made up at a later date when scheduling permits. Make-up classes are not guaranteed but will be offered whenever possible. Parents should use their best judgment when traveling during severe weather conditions

CANCELLATION & ATTENDANCE POLICY: If a student will miss class, parents are encouraged to notify the office as soon as possible. Missed classes due to personal reasons are not eligible for refunds. Students may attend a make-up class in a comparable age and skill level when space is available. On the Move reserves the right to cancel, combine, or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, instructor illness, facility issues, or emergency situations.

SPECIAL EVENTS & PERFORMANCES POLICY: Participation in performances and special events is an important part of On the Move, but not required. Sports like dance, gymnastics, and cheer are the perfect ways to help build skills like endurance, facing fears, and perseverance. There will be two showcases: one at Christmas and one in May. Performance fees will be required this year for both showcases. The Christmas Showcase is $25 and the End of the Year Showcase is $50. The performance fees are separate from and in addition to December and May tuitions. Parents must let me know (2 months in advance) if their child(ren) cannot attend the show. This will help with preparation for the show and gifts.
