Seeking vendors featuring pumpkin inspired foods and beverages, fall baked goods, coffee, cider, seasonal décor, candles, apparel, handcrafted gifts, home goods, plants, pumpkins, gourmet treats, and unique products that capture the warmth and charm of autumn. Vendors with interactive experiences, fall-themed products, and seasonal specialties are especially encouraged to apply.

Calling all bakers, makers, decorators, presenters and holiday-loving small businesses! The 1st annual Great Ohio Christmas Cookie Convention is a one-of-a-kind holiday shopping and experience event celebrating everything Christmas baking, entertaining, and gift giving.
We’re seeking vendors whose products or services complement the holiday kitchen and baking season, including cookies and baked goods, gourmet foods, baking mixes, kitchen gadgets, cookware, aprons, holiday serveware, charcuterie accessories, table décor, entertaining essentials, handcrafted gifts, seasonal home décor, specialty ingredients, and other Christmas food-themed products. To maintain the event’s theme, all vendor booths should feature products or services related to holiday baking, entertaining, or festive food traditions.
We’re also looking for businesses interested in leading complimentary interactive experiences throughout ticketed hours. Popular sessions may include cookie decorating demos, holiday tablescape design, cocktail crafting, charcuterie board demonstrations, gift basket making, and other festive hands-on workshops. We are also open to “outside the box” presentations like managing holiday stress, nutrition- creative ideas welcome. These experiences are included with both VIP and General Admission tickets at no additional cost to attendees. These are demonstrations you are not required to provide products to participants. Presenters must purchase an 8x6 or larger booth to be eligible for this opportunity and have prior class instruction experience.
Workshop instructors enjoy a unique opportunity to showcase their expertise, demonstrate products, build meaningful one-on-one connections with guests, promote their business, and sell products or services directly within their session.
