    This year, we’re bringing Spooktacular back with a twist — a nighttime fall market in downtown Mansfield tied into DORA Nights. Think strolling downtown, live music, drinks, shopping, fall vibes, and a little Halloween magic.

     

    We are searching across Ohio for the best of the best makers, artists, boutiques, crafters, bakers, and small businesses to help us create a fun, community-centered market.

     

    This year, we are only accepting 15 handpicked vendors, so space is very limited.

  • Vendor Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Salon Vivace aims to avoid cancellations. However, if a market is canceled due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, power outages, public health emergencies), any vendor booth fees will be credited toward a future Salon Vivace market.  Vendor fee credits expire one year from date of issue. Application fees are non-refundable


    If a vendor chooses to cancel, vendor forfeits any fees paid.  Canceling 72 hours of setup or failure to attend the event (no-show) results in forfeiture of all fees and credits, even if Salon Vivace later cancels the event. Selling or transferring your booth to another vendor is strictly prohibited.
