    PLAYER ENROLLMENT & PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

    This agreement establishes the terms, policies, responsibilities, and expectations for participation in the Go Pro Baseball & Softball Academy Home School Elite Development Program.

  • 3. PROGRAM SCHEDULE

    The Home School Elite Development Program operates
  • 4. TRAINING LOCATIONS

    Training will primarily take place at: Go Pro Indoor Facility – Winter Garden, Florida, and Minneola Athletic Complex / designated Go Pro training fields. Parents/guardians are responsible for transportation to and from all training locations unless otherwise arranged in writing.
  • 5. PROFESSIONAL COACHING

    This program is operated by professional coaches and is designed to provide serious baseball and softball players with structured, high-level development. Training may include: Fielding, Hitting, Pitching, Catching , Baserunning Stretching & conditioning, strength and agility Mental game development, baseball & softball IQ, Situational training, Player evaluations Video analysis College recruiting guidance for qualifying older athletes Coaching assignments may change based on scheduling and player-development needs.

    The Academy reserves the right to adjust the weekly indoor/field schedule because of weather, field availability, tournaments, holidays, facility issues, or other circumstances.

  • 6. SUBSCRIPTION & CANCELLATION POLICY

    Parents/guardians understand that enrollment reserves a limited position in the program. To cancel enrollment, the parent/guardian must provide 30 days' written notice to Go Pro Baseball & Softball Academy. Any payment already due before the effective cancellation date remains the responsibility of the parent/guardian. Failure to attend training does not automatically cancel the subscription. Go Pro Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation for unpaid balances, repeated violations of Academy policies, unsafe behavior, or serious disciplinary problems.
  • 7. ATTENDANCE & PUNCTUALITY

    Players are expected to: ▪︎ Arrive on time and prepared for training. ▪︎ Attend scheduled training consistently. Bring all necessary baseball or softball equipment.▪︎ Wear appropriate athletic clothing and footwear.▪︎ Notify the coaching staff when they will be absent.▪︎ Follow the instructions of coaches and Academy staff.▪︎ Consistent attendance is important for player development.
  • 8. PLAYER RULES & CODE OF CONDUCT

    All players are expected to demonstrate: Respect Discipline Responsibility Good sportsmanship, positive attitude, strong work ethic Teamwork Leadership Coachability Players must respect coaches, teammates, staff members, facilities, equipment, opponents, and other families. Bullying, fighting, threatening behavior, intentional damage, repeated disrespect, inappropriate language, or conduct that creates an unsafe environment will not be tolerated. Serious or repeated violations may result in suspension or removal from the program.
  • 9. PARENT / GUARDIAN RESPONSIBILITIES

    Parents/guardians agree to: Support a positive training environment. Communicate respectfully with coaches and staff. Make payments according to the agreed schedule. Provide accurate emergency and medical contact information. Ensure the player arrives and is picked up on time. Notify the Academy about absences or schedule conflicts. Allow coaches to coach and instruct athletes during training. Discuss concerns privately and professionally with Academy management.
  • 10. HOMEWORK / ACADEMIC AREA

    A designated area may be available at the indoor facility for players who choose to remain and complete homeschool assignments. Go Pro Baseball & Softball Academy primarily provides athletic development and training. Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing, the Academy and its coaches are not responsible for providing academic instruction, grading assignments, supervising a homeschool curriculum, or guaranteeing academic progress. Parents remain responsible for their child's homeschool education and compliance with applicable educational requirements.
  • 11. WEATHER & FACILITY POLICY

    Outdoor practices may be moved indoors, modified, postponed, or canceled because of rain, lightning, extreme weather, unsafe field conditions, facility closures, or field availability Circumstances outside the Academy's reasonable control. The Academy will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant schedule changes to families.
  • 12. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER

    I understand that baseball, softball, conditioning, strength training, running, throwing, batting, fielding, and other athletic activities involve inherent risks of injury. I voluntarily authorize my child to participate in the Go Pro Baseball & Softball Academy Home School Elite Development Program. I acknowledge that injuries may occur during athletic participation despite reasonable safety precautions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, I assume the ordinary and inherent risks associated with my child's voluntary participation and agree to release and hold harmless Go Pro Baseball & Softball Academy, its owners, coaches, employees, volunteers, facilities, and representatives from claims arising from those inherent risks, except to the extent liability cannot legally be waived.
  • EMERGENCY MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION

    If I cannot be reached during an emergency, I authorize Go Pro Baseball & Softball Academy staff to contact emergency medical services and obtain reasonably necessary emergency care for my child. I understand that I remain responsible for medical expenses associated with my child's treatment.   • 14. PHOTO & VIDEO AUTHORIZATION

  • 15. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

    By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this agreement. I understand the program schedule, locations, payment obligations, subscription terms, cancellation requirements, training expectations, rules, and policies. I voluntarily enroll my child in the Go Pro Baseball & Softball Academy Home School Elite Development Program and agree to comply with the terms of this agreement.

    Monthly Tuition: $600 Per Month. The monthly tuition includes: 4 training days per week, 2 indoor training days and 2 outdoor field training days, professional coaching, Pitching Coach instruction, player development Baseball/Softball, IQ development, Strength and conditioning, Player evaluations, and development guidance
