Resident Internship Dates
Resident Internships range from 3 - 6 months. What is your ideal length of resident internship and when? This information will be used by the selection committee to award resident internship dates. PLEASE NOTE that it is your responsibility to inform us by email if your availability changes between the time you submit this application and when our selection process begins. Once resident internship dates are awarded and assigned they cannot be changed.
What months are you available for a residency internship? Select all that apply.
Do you have any blackout dates or spans of time within those months that you are unavailable? Do you have a hard stop or hard start date? Keep in mind that all residency internships begin on a Monday. Please let us know here (i.e. "I selected May but I teach until May 15th and cannot attend until May 20th at the earliest" -or- "I selected May, June, July and August but I'll be on a family vacation from July 10 - 20").
