• 2027 Ambassador Application

    July 22–24, 2027 | Rogers Convention Center | Rogers, Arkansas | 18+ Event

  • 2026 taught us a lot.  Namely that there are a ton of people who genuinely just want to support what we do.  So for 2027 we're adjusting to reflect our community.  What this means in practice is that you have the option to sign up as an Ambassador (aka Influencer/Content Creator) in three different ways, match the content you make better, and can be recognized for your support even if you can't attend in-person.  

    Applicant Options

    1. Digital Ambassador - for those who are too far away to attend in person.  You'll be officially recognized as an Ambassador for R&R but would promote R&R to your community remotely and not attend the event in-person.
    2. Event Ambassador - for those who consider themselves to be influencers or content creators.  You'll primarily promote R&R through your own attendee experience with content leading up to, during, and after the event.
    3. Experience Ambassador - for cosplayers, fatasy photographers, and other specialty creatives.  Promotion is intended to match the style of content you typically produce and exact contribution will vary for each creative.

  • Rebels & Realms Generative AI Policy Overview

    • R&R does not accept applicants whose current professional creative work or public-facing professional content contains prohibited generative-AI-created material.
    • This includes their works/products, covers/artwork, merchandise, branding, promotional materials, websites/storefronts, and professional social media.
    • Applicants should review older publicly accessible professional content before applying.
    • Past use does not necessarily create permanent ineligibility, but prohibited material must no longer be part of their current professional presence/practice.
    • Commissioned/purchased/licensed AI content is still prohibited.
    • Ordinary editing, automation, accessibility, and assistive tools aren't automatically prohibited just because AI/ML technology is involved.
