Exception for Joining a Branch Form

Exception Requests Are Now Closed

The exception request process for the Arya’s Diamond Way Live Transmission, October 7–11, is now closed.

We are preparing a new Participant Support page to help you quickly find the correct next step for your situation.

If you are already registered to an in-person V Houses Branch Location, please contact your Branch Host directly for attendance, travel, local access, or last-minute emergency questions.

If you are not registered to an in-person Branch Location and need online participation, please return to this page shortly. The new support link will guide you through the next steps.

There is no need to send a separate email while waiting for the new support page.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Gathering together at Local Branch sites is a core principle of receiving the transmission this October. We also understand that unforeseen situations arise, and we will consider exception requests on a case-by-case basis for things like serious medical or physical limitations. Please consider if you have a true need for an exception, or if you can find solutions on your own for things such as personal scheduling conflicts or host preferences.
Let us know why.
