All orders are produced together as one large order. Once the store is closed, the orders will be processed as they are received. Production times are 2-4 weeks depending on the volume of business at the time of order placement. This does not include shipping times.
The items shown in this store are custom made. They cannot be returned due to sizing issues.
Once the store is closed, no other orders will be taken until the next scheduled store opening.
Items that have a printing defect will be reviewed by a Red Line Designs LLC representative to establish replacement. Those items deemed replaceable will be done so in DTF printing format only.
We make every effort to give you accurate information regarding manufacturer reported sizing and dimensions for our products in our size guides. Please note that due to the nature of the manufacturing process, from time-to-time product sizing may vary slightly. Red Line Designs LLC is not responsible for sizing variations in the manufacturing process.
Due to variations in monitor settings, Red Line Designs LLC assumes no responsibility and makes no guarantees regarding color matches of product or production, either within an order or in a reorder. We cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on our website will exactly match the color of the product or elements of any design. If you have any questions about a particular color or shade, please contact your project point of contact prior to ordering for clarification.
Note that like-named colors used by various apparel manufacturers/brands/styles (i.e. Navy, Navy Blue, Dark Navy, etc.) are not necessarily an exact shade match to each other or to any of the Red Line Designs LLC options.
Due to the nature of apparel manufacturing, we do not warranty or guarantee the consistency, color, texture, or appearance of the actual apparel. Apparel fabric colors which are shown online are approximate only and may have variations in color, hue and tone, especially from one size group to another. Fabric colors represented on computer monitors may vary due to variations in computer screens, resolution, color, tone or any other display settings.
The online store collects customers’ email addresses for the purpose of alerting when a store opens, closes, and has any pertinent news pertaining to the store itself. We at Red Line Designs LLC want you, the customer, to be aware of this fact. Your information will not be sold or shared to any third-party companies for any reason. We strictly use this information for our own distribution purposes.
PFAS: We are aware of and take the PFAS situation very seriously. Most of the Red Line Designs LLC owners are Firefighters. We continue to monitor the situation closely and will take every precaution we can to keep you, the customer, informed of the items that we find available by our distributors that contain or are suspected of containing the chemical PFAS and its other forms. If you have any questions, please contact Red Line Designs LLC directly. If you so choose to offer these items, despite the warning we provide, that is solely the choice of the customer and does not reflect Red Line Designs LLC or its employees, in any way, shape, or form.
We understand that package theft is a growing concern, and we too have been impacted by it. If you live in an area with a history of missing deliveries, we strongly encourage you to provide an alternative address for shipping (such as a work address or a secure location).
Please note that UPS now offers delivery confirmation photos, which help us verify the successful delivery of packages. If we can confirm that your order has been delivered to your doorstep, mailbox, or mailroom, it is considered delivered, and Red Line Designs LLC will not be held responsible for any theft that occurs after delivery.
