Please note: if you have successfully added your classroom size to your preferred date and completed the form, you are confirmed for that date. You will receive a confirmation email noting your classroom size and date selected.

If your preferred perfomance is already full or cannot accomodate your classroom size, please add your classroom's size to the preferred date on the Waitlist Request registry.
