  • HOME STAYS

  • Plymouth Congregational Church also has some home hospitality rooms available for home stays. Please indicate if you are interested in a home stay and provide us your contact information so someone can coordinate your stay.

     

  • CHOIR

  • We will have an all conference choir perform music during Sunday Worship. All voices are welcome! Music selections will be shared prior to the Conference. Rehearsals will be held on Saturday @ 5:00 pm and on Sunday @ 9:00 am.

  • Poetry for Worship - On Saturday @ 10:30, Charles Wei will be leading this workshop and is encouraging participants to bring poems (especially poems you've written yourselves), poems you have used in worship, or those you think would be good for use in worship!

  • THURSDAY EVENING - MEET & GREET

  • Thursday evening Meet & Greet will take place from 5:30 - 7:00 pm. Light foods & beverages will be available. You are invited to gather prior to the Conference meeting for fellowship.

  • The Friday Banquet will be Plymouth Congregational Church. Appetizers & beverages will be at 6:30 pm, followed by a family style dinner at 7:00 pm. We welcome you to celebrate with us as a Conference!

  • Additional banquet guests are $40 each and can be added to your registration fee upon checkout. If you will be bringing a guest, please let us know their name.

  • ZOOM PARTICIPATION

  • If you are planint to attend via zoom, ensure you are pre-registered prior to the meeting at insert link. You must be registered through zoom to recieve te meeing link. We want to make sure everyone gets connected!

    Zoom attendance will be offered once for each workshop, for the banquet speaker, for the business sessions and for Sunday worship. Zoom workshop times will be indicated on the detailed program which will be provided previous to the Conference meeting. Voting for delegate participants will be via text to the host.

  • PACKETS

  • Each registrant will receive a paper packet at the event, available upon check-in at the registration table. All materials will be posted online in digital format under the CAM tab on the website at www.mnwcucc.org.

  • CANCELLATION

  • We have a graduated cancellation policy. If you cancel your registation with the office by September 18 there is a 50% refund. All refund requests must be made to ucc@mnwcucc.org There is no refund available after September 18, 2026.
