New Student After School Art Club Registration Form

If you have already attended an art club in the 2025-2026 school year you do not need to fill out this form! We will be using the BAND App for communications for the 2026-2027 school year and those invites to join are being sent out. Royhart's location has limited space and your student may or may not get a spot. Miss Jess will be reaching out and checking in before school starts. ***Please use a valid phone number on this form.

The goals of our after school club are different this year! Students will not be formally accepted into the program at full capacity until October 19th. (Students can come and try it out from September 14th-October 19th) Serious and committed students will then be selected from those who have attended as new students this year or returning students. (Students often register and don't show up to sessions which is problematic.) Students will have roles and tasks as young leaders during the program. They will be organizing their own art show to be held in May 2027 too! Students will be producing finished art as well as enjoying each other's creativity over 24 sessions. The sessions are an hour and a half and projects will take multiple sessions so attendance is really important!
