UUCB Pet Blessing Photo Submission
At our Blessing of the Animals service (Oct. 4th), we will have some moments to recognize our beloved pets via a slideshow. Here you can upload a photo of your current pets or other animal that is close to you, and optionally, a photo of a pet who has passed or is otherwise no longer in your life. If you have more than one pet, take or edit a photo of them together. If you absolutely can't get them into the same photo, there's an option to submit a second photo. Photos must be either .jpg or .png format and not more than 50MB each. Be sure to have your ducks (or dogs or cats) in a row, because you will only be allowed to submit this form once. When you're ready, hit the submit button at the bottom.
