A member is eligible to be elected or appointed as a committee member if the member is 18 years or over and is a financial member of the OFSC.

An eligible member may nominate himself or herself, or with the member's consent, be nominated by another financial member.

A financial member is one that has paid the membership fee for the current calendar year.
