Mingle All The Way Waiver, Terms & Conditions
- I voluntariliy participate in this event and understand it includes travel in a chartered vehicle, walking, outdoor environments, and visiting holiday light displays. I am responsible for making choices appropriate for my own comfort and abilities.
- I understand that participation involves inherent risks, including travel, weather conditions, uneven surfaces, and other unforeseen circumstances. I voluntarily assume these risks.
- To the extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Hello Coaching, LLC, its owners, organizers, contractors and event partners from claims or liability arising from my participation in teh evenvt, except where prohibited by law.
- All registrations are final. No cancellations, refunds, credits or substitutions are permitted. If I am unable to attend, my registration fee will not be refunded or transferred to another person.
- Mingle All The Way is a scheduled tour experience and the quality of the experience depends on the group staying on schedule. Please arrive at the designated departure location at least 10 minutes prior to the event start time. The vehicle and tour stops cannot be delayed for individual participants and late arrivals will not be permitted to join the tour, and norefunds, credits or transfers will be provided for missed departure times.
- Hello Coaching, LLC reserves the right to modify the itinerary, stops, transportation, or event details when necessary due to weather, safety, availability, or circumstances beyond its control.
- I agree to follow reasonable event guidelines and instructions from the event organizer and transportation providers and to conduct myself respectfully toward other participants.
