Arrival & Timing: Our courses begin at 09:15. Registration and refreshments will take place upon arrival. Please note that registration closes strictly at 09:30.
If you expect to arrive after 09:15, you must notify the centre immediately on 01484 532 500.

Attendance: Please ensure you can stay for the full duration. If you leave early, you will only receive a certificate of attendance rather than the full qualification.

Food & Drink: Please bring a packed lunch. We provide regular comfort breaks with complimentary tea, coffee, juice, and water.

Dress Code: We recommend wearing casual, comfortable clothing.

Parking: Free parking is available at the side of our building, with additional parking available on the street.

Requirements: All candidates must hold a minimum of Level 2 English Comprehension and Grammar. You will be required to sign a registration form and agreement on the day.

Assessment: Accredited courses conclude with a written or multiple-choice exam. These are marked independently, and results typically take 7 to 21 days to process.

Individual Needs: If you have any educational needs or medical conditions that may affect your training, please let us know in confidence prior to the start of the course. Please give 2 to 3 days notice for any educational requirements.
