1. Our Services

Key's Travel 864 provides professional travel planning services for cruises, all-inclusive resorts, hotels, vacation packages, domestic and international travel, group travel, excursions, and customized vacations.

As your Travel Advisor, we research, coordinate, and reserve travel arrangements through third-party suppliers. Key's Travel 864 does not own, manage, control, or operate airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour companies, transportation providers, or other travel suppliers.

2. Vacation Requests & Professional Planning Fees

A completed Vacation Request Form is required before travel planning services begin. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, including travel dates, destination preferences, budget, number of travelers, departure airport, and any special requests.

Professional Planning Fees compensate Key's Travel 864 for the time, expertise, research, and preparation of customized travel recommendations and itineraries. Planning fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and separate from the cost of travel, regardless of whether a reservation is ultimately booked or confirmed.

3. Booking, Pricing & Payments

All travel pricing and availability are subject to change until a reservation has been confirmed and any required deposit has been received by the travel supplier.

Clients are responsible for:

Reviewing all travel quotes and confirmations for accuracy.
Meeting all supplier payment deadlines.
Paying deposits and final balances by the scheduled due dates.
Failure to make payments by the required deadlines may result in reservation cancellation, forfeiture of deposits, supplier-imposed penalties, or price increases.

Reservation modifications, including but not limited to traveler names, travel dates, accommodations, flights, transfers, excursions, or cabin upgrades, are subject to supplier approval and may incur additional fees.

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Chargebacks

All cancellations, refunds, credits, and penalties are governed solely by the policies of the applicable travel supplier. Key's Travel 864 cannot override supplier policies and does not guarantee refunds under any circumstances.

Clients are responsible for any applicable:

Cancellation penalties
Non-refundable deposits
Name change fees
Rebooking fees
Supplier-imposed charges

If a refund is approved by a supplier, refund processing times are determined by the supplier and the client's financial institution.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact Key's Travel 864 directly regarding any billing concern or payment dispute prior to initiating a dispute with a bank, credit card company, or payment processor.

A chargeback does not automatically:

Cancel a reservation
Release a client from any outstanding balance
Create an entitlement to a refund

Key's Travel 864 reserves the right to dispute improper, fraudulent, or unauthorized chargebacks and may provide supporting documentation, including signed agreements, invoices, payment records, travel confirmations, correspondence, and other reservation documents.

Any valid amounts owed remain the client's responsibility.

5. Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required travel documentation, including:

Passports
Government-issued identification
Visas
Vaccinations
Entry permits
Any destination-specific travel requirements

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travel arrangements. Travelers who decline travel insurance acknowledge and accept responsibility for losses that may have been covered under an insurance policy.

Key's Travel 864 is not responsible for losses, delays, schedule changes, cancellations, supplier bankruptcy, weather events, mechanical failures, labor disputes, government actions, public health events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Privacy, Liability & Acceptance

Client information will be collected, stored, and shared only as necessary to facilitate travel arrangements, communicate with travel suppliers, process reservations, or comply with applicable legal requirements.

Key's Travel 864 acts solely as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers and shall not be liable for injury, illness, death, property damage, financial loss, inconvenience, delays, cancellations, or additional expenses arising from the acts, omissions, or services of third-party suppliers or circumstances beyond our control.

By requesting services, making a payment, signing this agreement, or booking travel through Key's Travel 864, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

A signed copy of this agreement may be maintained in the client's reservation file.
