Notice
Assessments not received by the due date 4/1 will incur a late fee and monthly interest. Additionally, any outstanding assessments not received by May 1st will have liens filed which will add lien fees and attorney fees. Notices will be mailed out at least 10 days prior to filings. Invoice totals amounts are subject to change due to the additional fees being added.
We have moved to Quickbooks online Payment Processing.
You should have received an email for each outstanding invoice in January to the email address provided to the HOA. You will only receive multiple emails if you have prior outstanding balances from prior years. Additionally, we physically mail out a physical invoice to the "Bill To" Address by the U.S. Postal Service. Assessments are due and must be received by March 1st to avoid additional fees.
