What brings you to grief circles? or ... What griefs are your carrying that long to be witnessed and held?
Have you ever attended a grief circle before? If yes, please provide some information about the style of circle. If no, it's okay too! I just like to know the scope of who is attending.
Do you have a support system outside of the grief circle? Please share a little bit about your supports. Grief circles can bring up a lot of emotion and sometimes unexpected grief. It helps to have support in place to integrate. This may include friends, family/chosen family, mentors, therapists, acupuncturists, grief tenders, etc.
