PHOTO, VIDEO & SOCIAL MEDIA RELEASE
Hama Dance Center regularly photographs and records classes, rehearsals, recitals, workshops, and events for use in our marketing, social media, and archival materials. This form lets you choose whether you (or your dancer) may be included. Please complete and sign. This release remains valid for the duration of your enrollment at Hama Dance Center.
1. Permission Granted
By checking “I Consent” below, I grant Hama Dance Center (“the Studio”) permission to:
Photograph and/or video record the dancer named above during classes, rehearsals, recitals, workshops, Free Dance Day, and other Studio-sponsored events.
Use, reproduce, edit, and publish these photographs and videos in Studio marketing and promotional materials, including but not limited to: the Studio website, social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and similar), email newsletters, printed flyers and banners, recital programs, and press or media outreach.
Use the dancer’s first name only in connection with such photographs or videos, unless full-name use is separately approved in Section 4 below.
2. Terms
No compensation. No payment or other compensation will be provided for the use of photographs, videos, or likeness under this release.
No expiration of use. Once published, previously posted content may remain in circulation (e.g., archived social posts) even if this release is later revoked; revocation applies to future use only.
Editing rights. The Studio may crop, edit, or compile footage (e.g., into recital highlight reels) at its discretion.
Class vs. performance. Everyday class time is not routinely filmed; when a class, rehearsal, or event will be filmed or photographed for promotional use, the Studio will announce it to the students.
Opting out. You may decline this release in whole and still participate fully in all classes and programs. Declining media use is never a condition of enrollment.
