1.) Cost is OPTION 1: $50 Per 6x10 foot Space inside the St. Marys Welcome Center, one 6-ft table and chair provided. OPTION 2: $50 per 10x10 foot Space on the lawn of Orange Hall. Vendor must bring tent (no stakes), tables and chairs. Nothing is provided. SET-UP 8AM-9AM. EVENT 9AM -1PM.
Participants are expected to bring all set-up needs (including, but not limited to: tables, chairs, hanging racks, boxes, bags, etc). The St. Marys CVB will supply one sic foot table and one chair for vendors located inside the St. Marys Welcome Center.
All merchants are expected to be prepared and set up by 9:00 a.m. and off of property by 4:00 p.m. You can set up between 8am - 9am.
The registration fee is considered a non-refundable donation to the St. Marys Convention & Visitors Bureau. THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT.
No STAKES are Allowed in the ground. *****NO STAKES!!!******
NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY.
No illegal activity or offensive behavior will be allowed.
No profanity or adult-only products allowed.
Items cannot be displayed on steps or sidewalks.
Pack-in, Pack-out. Do not use the Orange Hall trash cans. There will be a $25 fee for use of property trash cans.
No feather banners are allowed per the local ordinance for the historic district. You can place a flag or traditional style banner on your table or booth.
No vendor shall hang banners, posters, signs or flags, or otherwise affix or place objects upon the trees, fences, buildings, walls and other property on the grounds of such areas.
Submission of Form Provides Acknowledgment and Agreement of Terms. Terms are subject to change with notification at any time. I have read and agree. I understand that I may be photographed, and photos are property of SMCVB. Applicant further agrees to and hereby does indemnify and forever hold harmless the City of St. Marys and the St. Marys Convention & Visitors Bureau, along with their agents, authorities, contractors, employees, trustees and officers, from and against and in respect to any and all demands, claims, causes of action, judgments, fines, penalties, damages (including consequential damages), liabilities, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees and costs of litigation) arising from or incurred in connection with: (I) the use or occupancy of city property or any property used as part of the market by Vendor or any of Vendor’s agents, employees, representatives, guests and attendees; (ii) any acts, omissions or negligence of Vendor or any of Vendor’s agents, employees, representatives, guests and attendees; or (iii) any breach or violation of this Rental Agreement by Vendor or any of Vendor’s agents, employees, representatives, guests and attendees.
