✈️Travel Info

• Meeting point: Qatar Airways
• Arrive: Saturday, July 24th, 2027 

All guests must depart from the United States on July 22, 2027. Please allow approximately 21–28 hours of total travel time to reach Uganda, depending on your departure city, itinerary and layover. Guests may select their preferred flight from their home city to Doha, Qatar; however, everyone must book the designated group flight from Doha to Entebbe. This will allow us to meet in Doha, travel the final portion of the journey together and arrive in Uganda as a group

• Depart: Monday, Aug 2nd

 Please do not purchase airfare until the official Qatar Airways flight number and booking instructions have been released.

• When should I book my flight?
  → Between Oct and March for best pricing.

• Is my flight included with the package?
  → No, all attendees are responsible for their own flight.

• Can I share a room with a friend or family member?
  → Yes, shared rooms are available for friends/family.

• Is lodging and airport transport included?
  → Yes, everything from your room/board to transport is included.

• Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?
  → Because this is a carefully curated experience with limited spaces, all payments are non-refundable. This includes illness, travel delays, scheduling conflicts, or personal emergencies.

Please Note: If you choose a payment plan through Klarna or Affirm, all billing, adjustments, or eligible refunds are managed directly by those providers according to their terms. 

• Do I get a refund if the experience is cancelled?
→ Yes, if unforeseen circumstances require us to cancel or postpone the trip (e.g., natural disasters, venue issues, safety concerns): you may choose between a refund or a credit toward a future experience.

• Is this experience only for women?
→ No, This cultural immersion welcomes both men and women who desire to experience Uganda through meaningful connection, cultural appreciation, community, and exploration.

• Can couples attend together?
→ Yes. Couples, friends, relatives, and individual travelers are all welcome. If you plan to share accommodations with someone you know, please include their name on the registration form below.

• Are vaccinations or other medical preparations required?
→ Yes, international travel health recommendations and entry requirements can change. Each guest is responsible for consulting an appropriate medical professional and reviewing current official travel guidance before departure.

• Is Uganda Safe for Travel?
→ Yes, the experience will be carefully planned with reputable local partners, scheduled transportation, and organized group activities. Guests will also receive safety expectations and travel guidance before departure. As with all international travel, participants are expected to remain aware of their surroundings and follow group protocols.
