    Thank you for your interest in joining us for the 2026 Wonderfall Artisan Market!Wonderfall is a curated artisan market celebrating artists, makers, and independent creatives. Our goal is to create a welcoming, vibrant market where our community can discover thoughtfully made, original work while connecting directly with the people who create it. Please read the information and vendor requirements below carefully before submitting your application. Your application serves both as your request to participate and your acknowledgment of Wonderfall's vendor policies. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors are selected based on the quality and originality of their work, fit with Wonderfall, available space, and our goal of creating a diverse and well-balanced market.

    Market Hours: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
    Vendor Move-In Begins: 7:00 AM
    Vendor Move-Out: 2:00–4:00 PM
    All vendors must be completely moved out by 4:00 PM.

    Additional arrival, unloading, parking, and booth-assignment information will be provided to accepted vendors before the market.

    Booth Sizes & Fees
    10' × 10' Booth — $50
    10' × 20' Booth — $80

    Booth fees are due no later than September 12, 2026.

    Your space is not considered confirmed until payment has been received.

    Wonderfall does not provide tents, tables, chairs, electricity, extension cords, display equipment, or other booth furnishings. Vendors are responsible for bringing everything necessary to operate their booth.

  • We love celebrating the artists who make Wonderfall possible!

    Accepted vendors may be featured through Wonderfall and Urban Art Co-op promotional channels before and after the event.

  • May we use photographs submitted with this application to promote Wonderfall and your participation in the market?*

  • Setup, market Hours, & Breakdown

  • Vendor move-in begins at 7:00 AM.

    All booths must be completely set up and ready for customers before the market opens at 10:00 AM.

    Wonderfall is open to the public from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM.

    Vendors must remain set up for the entire market.
    Early breakdown is not permitted except in the case of an emergency or when directed by Wonderfall organizers.

    Breakdown begins after the market closes at 2:00 PM.

    All vendors, merchandise, equipment, tents, and other belongings must be removed from the market area by 4:00 PM.

    Please leave your booth space as clean—or cleaner—than you found it.

  • Heading

  • Vendors selling food, beverages, or other regulated consumable products are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any permits, licenses, food-handler credentials, or other approvals required by applicable local or state regulations.

    Submission or acceptance of a Wonderfall application does not constitute approval from any regulatory agency.

    Wonderfall may request documentation of applicable permits before the market.

  • Heading

  • Accepted vendors must submit their booth payment by September 12, 2026.

    Vendors who have not paid by the deadline may forfeit their space so that it can be offered to another applicant.

    Vendor Cancellations
    Cancellations received before September 12, 2026 are eligible for a refund of 50% of the booth fee.

    Beginning September 12, 2026, booth fees are nonrefundable.

    Booth fees cannot be transferred to another vendor without prior approval from Wonderfall organizers.

    If Wonderfall must cancel the entire event, vendors will be contacted regarding cancellation procedures and any applicable refund.

  • WONDERFALL HANDMADE & ORIGINAL WORK POLICY

  • Wonderfall is an artist and maker market. Participating vendors are expected to sell work that they have personally designed, created, or substantially transformed.

    We welcome original work across a wide range of mediums and recognize that artists use many different processes. Purchased materials, components, tools, blanks, and professional production services may be part of an artist's process when the resulting product represents the artist's own original creative work.

    Artist-designed reproductions of original work, such as prints, stickers, cards, or other professionally produced products, may be permitted.

    The following are not permitted:

    • Mass-produced merchandise being represented as handmade
    • Drop-shipped products
    • Unauthorized resale or wholesale merchandise
    • MLM or direct-sales products
    • Products purchased primarily for resale
    • Counterfeit merchandise
    • Work that infringes upon another artist's intellectual property
    • 3D-printed products or materials

    Wonderfall organizers reserve the right to ask a vendor to remove products that were not represented in their application or that do not meet market guidelines.

  • Booth Information & Safety Policy

  • Wonderfall does not provide:

    • Tents or canopies
    • Tables
    • Chairs
    • Electricity
    • Extension cords
    • Displays or fixtures
    • Payment processing equipment


    Vendors are responsible for providing and transporting all equipment necessary for their booth.

    Electricity is not available at the market. Battery powered generators are allowed. No internal cumbustion generators allowed.


    TENT & BOOTH SAFETY
    Vendor safety is important to us.

    All tents and canopies must be in good working condition and appropriately secured.

    Tent weights are required.

    Weights must be attached securely to the tent frame and positioned so they do not create a tripping hazard or extend unnecessarily into neighboring booths or walkways.

    Wonderfall organizers may require an unsafe tent, display, sign, rack, or other booth fixture to be secured, altered, or removed before the market opens.

    Vendors are responsible for keeping all merchandise, displays, storage, and equipment within their assigned booth footprint and maintaining clear public walkways.

  • Vendor Responsibilities

  • Vendors are independent businesses and are responsible for operating their own booth.

    Each vendor is responsible for:

    • Staffing their booth for the duration of the market
    • Their merchandise and personal belongings
    • Tables, chairs, tents, displays, signage, and equipment
    • Their own cash and electronic payment systems
    • Maintaining adequate phone/device power for their payment system
    • Collecting and remitting applicable taxes
    • Obtaining any licenses, permits, or certifications required for their products or business
    • Maintaining a clean and safe booth
    • Removing all trash and belongings at the conclusion of the market

    Wonderfall and Urban Art Co-op are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unattended merchandise or personal property.

    Booth sharing is not permitted.

    Only the artist/business accepted through this application may occupy and sell from the assigned booth unless Wonderfall organizers provide prior written approval.
     

  • Final Agreement

    Please review and acknowledge each statement below before submitting your application.
    • I have read and agree to follow the 2026 Wonderfall Artisan Market vendor requirements.
    • I understand that submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
    • I understand that I may only sell products consistent with those represented and approved through my application.
    • I confirm that my products comply with Wonderfall's Handmade & Original Work Policy, including the prohibition on 3D-printed products and materials.
    • I understand that booth sharing, MLM/direct-sales products, unauthorized resale, and wholesale merchandise are not permitted.
    • I understand that Wonderfall does not provide electricity, tables, chairs, tents, displays, or payment equipment.
    • If using a tent or canopy, I agree to ensure it is in good repair and appropriately weighted and secured.
    • I agree to have my booth ready before the market opens at 10:00 AM and to remain set up until the market closes at 2:00 PM.
    • I understand that I am responsible for my merchandise, equipment, payment processing, taxes, permits, licenses, and other requirements applicable to my business.
    • If accepted, I agree to pay my booth fee no later than September 12, 2026.
    • I have read and understand the Wonderfall cancellation and refund policy.
    • I understand that Wonderfall organizers may require products, displays, or equipment that violate market policies or create a safety concern to be removed.

    By entering my name below and submitting this application, I confirm that the information I have provided is accurate and that I agree to abide by the 2026 Wonderfall Artisan Market policies.
