I agree as the Team Manager for my 18u Volleyball team to abide by all 18u Volleyball policies, procedures, rules and regulations set forth by CRPA and the 18u Volleyball league. PARTICIPANT WAIVER I agree to hold harmless and defend Cherokee County against any and all claims for damages, compensation, or otherwise on the part of me, my child(ren) or any other party for whom I am responsible, growing out of or resulting from injury to me, my child(ren) or any other party for whom I am responsible while participating in this program, and to reimburse or make good any loss or damage or costs that Cherokee County may have to pay if litigation arises from injury to me, my child(ren) or any other party for whom I am responsible, and I hereby waive any and all rights of exemption, both as real or personal property, to which I may be entitled under the laws of this or any other state as against claims for reimbursement or indemnity by Cherokee County.

As a participant in sports at Cherokee Recreation & Parks Agency (CRPA), I am fully aware of the risks and hazards connected with my participation in such sports (“Activity”, and hereby elect to voluntarily participate in the Activity, knowing that the Activity may be hazardous to me and my property. I voluntarily assume all responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage or personal injury; that may be sustained by me on any loss or damage of property owned by me, as a result of being engaged in the activity, whether caused by negligence of CRPA or its employees or agents or otherwise[ Hereby Release, Waive, Discharge and Covenant Not to sue CRPA, their officers, servants, agents, or employees( hereinafter “Releases”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of actions whatsoever arising out of or caused by the Negligence of the Releases or otherwise, while participating in any activity of CRPA. It is my express intent that this release and Hold Harmless Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) shall bind the members of my family, if I am alive, and my heirs; assigns and personal representatives, if I am deceased, and shall be deemed as a Release, Waiver, Discharge and Covenant Not to Sue the above Releases. I hereby agree that this Agreement shall be constructed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
