    • Vendor agrees to arrive by 10:00am and remain set up for the full duration of the event.
    • Vendor is responsible for their own booth setup, teardown, and cleanup.
    • Vendor is responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage and City of Celina permits for its business and operations.
    • Vendor assumes responsibility for any claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from the vendor's operations, employees, equipment, products, or services.
    • Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizer, property owner, HOA/community association, and their respective representatives from claims arising from the vendor's participation to the extent permitted by law.
      Tellus Group and Mosaic Community Association is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vendor property.
    • Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable health and food-safety requirements.
    • Food vendors must provide their own water, power, propane, generators, or other equipment unless specifically provided by the event. Vendors must properly dispose of grease, wastewater, food waste, and other materials. No dumping of grease, wastewater, or other substances on event property.
    • Vendors are solely responsible for their own sales transactions and customer interactions.
    • Vendors acknowledge that the event may be held outdoors and agree to be prepared for changing weather conditions.
    • Vendors are responsible for securing their equipment and merchandise against wind, rain, and other weather conditions.
    • Vendor Deposits (if applicable): Any deposit paid by the Event Organizer to Vendor to secure Vendor's services shall be refundable if Vendor cancels or fails to provide the agreed-upon services, Vendor shall refund the deposit in full to the Event Organizer.
