Thank you registering as a decorator for our 42nd Annual Festival of Trees. Your creativity is the heart of this event and your participation helps make a meaningful difference. By contributing your talents, you are helping secure resources that support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities while creating a festive experience that brings our community together.

Before You Register

Please take a moment to read through the important information below before continuing registration.
As a nonprofit organization, The Arc Tampa Bay Foundation invests significant resources into purchasing the trees for this event, and decorated trees are essential to its success. To ensure a wonderful experience for all participants and attendees, we ask that only those who are committed to decorating their tree register to participate.

Important Dates and Times:

Monday, October 5, 2026-Friday October 9, 2026	9:30am-4:30pm	Pick up window for 3 or 4.5 ft trees from The Arc Tampa Bay Foundation office	You can come anytime during this timeframe to pick up your tree.
Monday, November 16, 2026	11:00am-5:00pm	Decorating window for 7.5-foot trees in the Long Center gymnasium.	Feel free to come and go as needed during the decorating window. You do not need to be present for the entire session, nor do you need to attend both Monday and Tuesday. Our goal is simply to have your tree fully decorated by the deadline.
Tuesday, November 17, 2026	9:30am-5:00pm	Decorating window for 7.5-foot trees in the Long Center gymnasium.	Feel free to come and go as needed during the decorating window. You do not need to be present for the entire session, nor do you need to attend both Monday and Tuesday. Our goal is simply to have your tree fully decorated by the deadline.

Winter Enchantment	A classic frosted wonderland. Focus on snowy whites, cool silvers, icy blues, and sparkling woodland or frosted accents.
Wild Card	Didn't find a category that fits your vision? No problem—this one's for you. Reserved for everything unique, unexpected, and uncategorized.

Please select your desired tree size. The Arc Tampa Bay Foundation provides green, pre-lit trees to decorators. You are welcome to provide your own tree if you prefer.

Approximate cost of decorations
To be used when pricing tree for sale.
Would you like to buy back your own decorated tree? If so, we will not post it for sale.
Would you like to make a donation to offset the cost of the tree? (For reference, our costs are: 7.5' = $175.00; 4.5' = $80.00; 3' = $60.00)
Decorating and Display Guidelines:
- You must furnish a tree skirt or other base covering.
- You may not alter the structural integrity of your tree.
- Decor items must not exceed 1-foot from the original circumference or height of the tree.
- No food, candy, or live materials may be used.
- Do not attach items with monetary value (such as gift cards, cash, or vouchers) directly to the tree to avoid risk of theft. Instead, include a photograph or printed representation on the tree and deliver the physical item directly to Foundation staff.
- You are required to provide a 6-foot multi outlet extension cord with surge protection.
- Decorations should be securely attached with durable methods such as wire, fishing line, string, zip ties, etc. Hot glue is not an acceptable method to secure ornaments.
We want you to showcase your creativity and make your tree a unique reflection of your theme. The few requirements above are simply in place to ensure trees can be transported safely, remain beautiful throughout the event, and are presented in the best possible way for guests and potential buyers looking for the perfect tree to take home!

I have read and understand the important dates and times and commit to picking up, decorating, and dropping off my assigned tree within the designated timeframes.
I have reviewed the decorating guidelines and understand that they are designed to protect and preserve the trees during transportation and display.
I understand that the FOT Committee reserves the right to refuse any tree or decorated item deemed inappropriate, too commercialized, or not in the spirit of The Arc Tampa Bay Foundation.
I understand that pricing is at the discretion of the committee, all prices are final, and the sale price will not be disclosed to me.
