  • Reminder: Booth and table vendors will be indoors. Canopy is not required, but please let us know if you plan to bring one. We want to make sure everyone has a good view, and we will plan the layout accordingly to your preferences. Although the venue has lighting, bringing a canopy may require you to bring lighting for your booth.

  • By submitting this form, you understand and agree to the following:

    Event is rain or shine. Indoors is available for table and booth vendors. Food Vendors with Grills/Food Trucks/Trailers will be out doors and must have required food permits. Only Non- Alcholic Beverages are allowed to be sold. Smoking is only allowed outdoors. Vendor tables need to be covered at all times. If approved, Canopys will need to be properly secured. (Table and Table covers will be available for rent) All vendors are responsible for their own setup, teardown, and clean up.

    Table vendors will receive 3 wristbands. 10ft Vendors will receive 5 wristbands. 20ft vendors will receive 8 wristbands. Food vendors will receive 4 wristbands. Children under the age of 13 are free. No weapons or outside food, drinks and alcohol will be permitted inside the venue.

    Re-entry is allowed with a wristband. 

    Official Cap Summit, staff and host venues are not liable for any injury, lost, stolen, or damaged inventory.

    Once your application has been approved, an invoice will be emailed to the email you provide for payment and further instructions.
