By submitting this form, I understand and acknowledge that:

Placement on the showcase waitlist or requesting a second solo does not guarantee that the piece will be added to the final showcase schedule. Requests are reviewed and accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis, based on availability and final scheduling.

A separate form must be submitted for each individual piece that I would like to place on the waitlist.

I understand that final scheduling decisions are at the discretion of SOUL DE SOUL and are dependent on available space and scheduling limitations.

Waitlist Approval

If your waitlist request is approved, you will be notified via email and will have 48 hours from the time of notification to complete payment and finalize registration for the piece. If payment and registration are not completed within the 48-hour window, your spot will be released and offered to the next on the waitlist.

ex: if we have 20 spots open, the first 20 waitlist spots will receive an email at the same time, and all will have 48 hours to complete.
