  • Octoberfest Vendor Rules

    Please review the guidelines and sign below.
  • 1. Vendor Fee & Space

    The vendor fee is $50 total for both October 3rd & 4th, for a 10x10 spot. If a larger spot is required, extra fees required. Vendor spaces are limited, and vendors must stay within their assigned space.

    2. Equipment & Electricity
    Vendors should bring their own tents, tables, chairs, and extension cords. Access to electricity is limited and must be requested in advance.

    3. Food Vendors & Alcohol
    Food vendors must follow Marion County Health Department requirements and are responsible for the $10 food permit. Alcohol sales are strictly reserved for the Y-Men’s and Hannibal Jaycees and may not be sold or distributed by other vendors.

    4. Setup, Cleanup & Weather
    Vendors must follow assigned setup and tear-down times, keep their space clean, and remove their belongings after the event. The event will be held rain or shine unless conditions are unsafe.

    5. Safety & Conduct
    No illegal products, weapons, hazardous materials, or counterfeit merchandise. Vendors must follow event rules and keep their products and activities family-friendly. Organizers may remove vendors who violate the rules or create a safety concern.
