By completing and signing the jot form entry, you agree to our terms and conditions which are written in the announcement.
By competing in our shows, you agree to our terms and conditions on display in the show office.
Entry Fees will be 100% refunded till closing date. Past closing date only 50% of the entry fees will be refunded upon presentation of a medical certificate.
Stall fees are only refundable if the reserved stall can be rented to another party.
The office charge can not be refunded.
For any scratches of any classes at the show, the entry fee is not refundable.
Pleaase enter all the classes that you wish to compete in before/untill the deadline on the entry form, this will enable the Show Team to devise a more accurate timings schedule for the Show.
Deadline/Closing Date for entries will be 04th October 2026.
Cherished Back Numbers:
We kicked off with the Easter Show 2025 and will keep going with this for 2026. For 2026 we will be collecting for a defibrillator to be installed at Oakridge Arena. Anyone requesting to use own cherished back numbers will be charged £5. This will be added to your show bill. We hope you agree.
Stables:
Price from Wednesday 14th - Sunday 18th October 2026.
Moving out on Monday morning will be free of charge.

EARLY STABLE move in 13th October or earlier is £25 per day extra for Indoor stables and temp stables

It is not allowed to put 2 horses in one stable!

Stable sharing – subletting is not allowed. We must know where horses are stabled and owners names/contact details!
HOOK UPS - MUST BE PRE BOOKED AND PAID FOR WITH ENTRY FEE
£18 per day or part of i.e. wed – sun £90 (No discounted price)

AQHA/OAK/BR/NRHA/WRQ Admin Fee
£18 per each horse/rider combination
NRHA/BR Drug Fee
£10 per horse
Late Entry Fee
£50 per Horse (only for competitors with no privious entries).
