  • Volunteer Process

    We have spent some time refining our volunteer process, and part of this is gathering a main database of all our volunteers.

    If you have recently volunteered with us (Autumn Soul 2025 or Soul Mates 2026), you would have filled in our new Volunteer Application Form on the IMYC Volunteer Hub.

    If you have already completed that form, then you can continue to fill in this Autumn Soul Volunteer Registration Form!

    You need to fill out the IMYC Volunteer Application Form, which you can find on the IMYC Volunteer Hub

    You will be prompted to sign in or create an account on jotform.

    Once you've done that, you can navigate your way through the app to The IMYC Volunteer Application Form.

    You will be able to let us know in that form that you would like to volunteer at Autumn Soul 2026!

  • If you sign in to your jotform account & access the IMYC Volunteer Hub, you will be able to see your previous application forms. Please make sure your information is all up-to-date. If you need to let us know of any changes, please do so below!

  • Volunteering Teams

  • VOLUNTEERS TRAINING & INFORMATION MEETING

    As a Volunteer or Steward, your attendance will be required at a training and information meeting on Tuesday 13th October via Zoom @ 8PM

    This will cover Safeguarding, event and duties information for all volunteers.

     

    All Volunteers & Stewards must be 17+

    If you are under 18 then we will need to receive a Parental Consent Form completed by your parent/guardian.

  • Do you have any in-date First Aid training?*
  • What volunteering team would you like to be on?*
  • Do you have a valid Food Hygiene Safety certificate?*

  • If your answer is "No", don't worry - you can still be part of the Hospitality Team! There are plenty of ways to help out that don't involve handling or preparing food. We would love to have you involved!

  • Prayer Team are required to meet 1hr before each session. What sessions are you available for?*

  • A Volunteer Information Evening for all volunteer teams will be held on Tuesday 13th October at 8pm on Zoom. This is essential for you to attend, whether you are a first-timer or a seasoned volunteer.*
  • What time do you plan to arrive on Friday at Autumn Soul?*

  • Safeguarding

  • Autumn Soul 2026 will be held in Wesley College, Dublin! This means we have some changes in terms of safeguarding.

     

    This year, it is a legal requirement that ALL volunteers, leaders & staff have a Garda Vetting Check in place. An Access NI is not valid in the Republic of Ireland.

    Important to Note: When you submit your paperwork to IMYC/MCI, you will receive an email from the National Vetting Bureau (NVB). You must click on the link in this email to complete your Garda Vetting Check.

    This process can take up to 4-5 weeks to complete, so please do submit your form as quickly as you can!

     

    Take a look at the useful tip sheet below for what you will need to complete your Garda Vetting! Your Designated Person or Minister (both must be within Methodist Churches) can verify your forms & ID, and send them on to us for processing.
