The following section contains questions about candidates being put forward for ordained ministry, candidates being renewed for ministry, or those being put forward as certified lay ministers. For further clarification, please visit BDD paragraph 439 (7-9).
Please list any individuals that are being presented for candidacy. Note: individuals can only be voted on by the charge conference after having been affirmed by a meeting of the SPRC / PPRC. Please submit a copy of the SPRC / PPRC meeting minutes where the individual was affirmed. For questions, please contact your presiding elder.

Locally Organized Mission Teams
Locally organized mission teams include: short-term overseas or domestic mission trips, in-state service projects (i.e. home repair weekends), or local mission teams (i.e. recurring soup kitchen, warming shelter, etc.).
Please report on locally organized missions teams. A brief narrative report highlighting who was served, impact created, and how God was glorified is appreciated. *Quotations from reports may be used in social media to share about what God is doing in GMC of SC churches.
