    It's that time again - time to celebrate our girls as they move up in their Girl Scouting levels and the start of another great Girl Scouting year with a Hillsborough Tradition! Leaders and IRG Mentors - use this form to submit your troop members (Leaders & Girls) or Individually Registered Girl Scouts (IRGs) who will participate in the Investiture (New Scouts & Leaders), Bridging and/or Rededication. Please also include an estimate for your guests so we prepare enough seating for everyone. Due to room restrictions, we may need to limit the number of guests. We will communicate how many guests each participating girl has after registration is closed. RSVP by October 1st (form may close earlier if capacity is reached before 10/1).

  • Investiture, Bridging and Rededication

    INVESTITURE celebrates our NEW Girl Scouts - Leaders and Girls. Even if the Girl Scout has been a registered member for more than a year, if they've never been officially Invested they are welcome to be part of the ceremony. BRIDGING - celebrates a Girl's movement from one level to the next. Girls can be INVESTED and BRIDGED at the same ceremony. All Girl Scouts (adults and kids) who are present at the event will be invited to participate in REDEDICATING themselves to Girl Scouts and registration is not necessary. The form will allow you to choose different ceremonies for each girl so if you have a multilevel troop, you can choose the bridging level that is right for each girl.

    Please complete the table below. Due to room restrictions, we may need to limit the number of audience members. Please try to keep your guest count to 1-2 guests per Girl Scout. We will communicate how many guests each participating girl has after we complete registration.

    After the ceremony we hold a dessert social - please sign up to bring something! Rule of thumb is to bring enough portions to cover your own troop and guests so we're sure to have enough treats for everyone! If you have girls with special dietary needs like an allergy or sensitivity, it's always a good idea to bring something you are sure she can enjoy.
