• Thank you for your interest in participating in the 17th annual Cheerfully Made Holiday Market in Almonte!

We are currently accepting vendor applications until August 31, 2026.

Please take a moment to read the following carefully.

    DETAILS

WHAT: Cheerfully Made Holiday Market 2026

WHEN: Saturday November 7th from 10am to 4pm and Sunday November 8th from 10am to 4pm.

WHERE: Almonte Old Town Hall (14 Bridge Street, Almonte)

    COST: $175 +HST ($197.75) per day.

This event is a "table top" show. All vendors will be provided with a standard size 6' table and a footprint of approximately (no less than) 7 feet wide by 5 feet deep.

To see images from previous markets in this venue CLICK HERE.

Chairs are available on site but they are audience style seating so somewhat cumbersome. You may like to bring your own (we recommend a tall stool for best interaction with customers). Camping chairs are not permitted.

Vendors are welcome to opt out of the table provided if you wish to create your own display using the alloted footprint.

Vendors are required bring along your own table linens and merchandising items. This space is very well lit.

    INCLUDES:

    • a minimum footprint of 7'x5' (note: this may make this event unsuitable for makers of larger items so please use your judgement. We are limited by this historic building.)
    • a Digital vendor promotional kit
    • Promotion of your name and work (when appropriate) in our digital lookbook and through our social channels.
    • a magical, memorable Holiday Market experience.

    CONDITIONS OF APPLICATION

The goal of Cheerfully Made Markets is to bring a well curated group of makers together under one roof. To be a part of a Cheerfully Made Market you must be a handmade or vintage seller.

You do NOT need to be an Etsy seller to participate in this event.

You do not need to be a local area resident to participate in our shows.

Cheerfully Made markets are juried events. Our criteria for making vendor selections includes:

    • The work is unique, creative and innovative – but above all handmade (or vintage).
    • The work is made by YOU, the person who will be physically at the market (unless otherwise communicated to the organizer).
    • The work is well crafted. The goods to be sold at any of our markets must be of the best quality.
    • Your photography accurately represents your work. We encourage you to take well lit photos of the work you submit. This will help the jury in their selections as well as improve your opportunity to be promoted via our social media marketing channels.

Our jury will only consider completed applications submitted through this form.

IMPORTANT! Please triple check the spelling of the email address you submit AND ensure we are in your address book so that our response doesn't end up in your junk.

  • CATEGORY*
  • Not all of these fields are required however, because we rely so heavily on social media for the promotion of our shows, it is not uncommon for our jury to give preference to those with a strong online presence. Especially in categories where applications are more saturated.

  • The content you provide here may be used on our website and social channels upon acceptance. Please write your description as you wish it to be read by potential customers.

  • WHAT DAY WOULD YOU LIKE TO PARTICIPATE?
  • To accommodate as much talent as possible, we are allowing makers to select which day they wish to participate and change out our vendors overnight.

Please note that, while Sunday can experience slightly fewer shoppers, over the past 17 years we haven't seen this reflected in the sales success of past participants. Many shoppers find it easier to spend more when it's not quite so crowded.

If you have no preference and are open to participting on either day, please select both options.

  • We must know what products you intend to sell to ensure we don't have too much overlap among vendors. If you bring along items not listed in this application, and they conflict with any of our policies or other vendors, you may be asked to remove them from your booth.

  • UPLOAD IMAGE(S)
    Cancelof
  • Please upload 1–2 JPEG images (minimum 1080 pixels, no logos) that best represent your work.

They do not need to show your entire catalogue, as we will refer to your website and links if we need a broader picture. These images will be used to promote the show, and by submitting them, you agree to let us feature them on our social channels with full credit to you.
