CHEF SUPPORT & PARTICIPATION DETAILS

There is no fee to participate.

Each chef is required to provide sample sized servings for 500-600 guests.

Participating chefs will receive a gift certificate to assist with sourcing ingredients.

You're welcome to bring marketing materials to promote your brand, guidelines will be provided after the selection process has concluded.

You will be provided with tables and chairs.

Please note that all chefs and assistants must be active BNT Members. Visit the Rand Nature Centre or Renew your annual BNT Membership or become a new member online here. Membership registration must be completed before the event.

Please note that Chefs are NOT allowed to sell any items. There is also limited power available, kindly advise in advance of your needs.

This year, the BNT will be hosting the Wheel of Joy activity and we invite you to consider donating a gift certificate. Further instructions for submission of gift certificates will be communcated shortly.

Disclaimer: By its signature, the RESTURANT &/or CATERER hereby accept and agree to idemnify BNT for all incidents occuring to the BNT guests, staff, or agents due to the fault of the RESTURANT &/or CATERER whilst on the BNT property for the event. RESTURANT &/or CATERER will not hold BNT responsible for any damages sustained to RESTURANT's &/or CATERER's equipement on the property of the BNT, inclusive of transit.

Artist Exhibition Details

The donation for registration is $100 and includes exhibitors’ space, table, 2 chairs and 2 event passes. All vendors and assistants are required to be BNT Members. Memberships can be purchased or renewed online at www.bnt.bs/memberships and must be completed before the event. Deadline for Application is Friday, October 16th 2026.
