  • Participation Details

  • Each participant shall pay a participation fee when participating at the International Council Meeting. The participation fee includes the academic programme and lunches.

  • PLEASE NOTE! This is only applicable for those who are booking accommodation through the OC.

    Should a participant not wish to pay an accommodation fee, please do not mark any corresponding boxes.

    The accommodation fees include accommodation, breakfasts, and dinners.

  • Days of stay - Please mark which nights you are going to stay.*

  • In the application form, each option corresponds to an overnight stay (e.g., the option labelled “Wednesday 28th of October” refers to the night between Wednesday and Thursday).

    Accommodation will take place in Wombat's City Hostel Budapest (Király u. 20, District VI-Terézváros, 1061 Budapest, Hungary).

  • For the Pre-ICM Programme, ELSA Hungary offers a trip to scenic viewpoints of Budapest in the calming area of the hills of Buda. Join us for an unforgettable getaway in the nature!

    The sightseeing will include a guided walk. The locations will be the following: Heroes' Square, St. Stephen’s Basilica, Parliament of Hungary, Buda Castle and the Castle District, and Fisherman’s Bastion.
