    Due to logistical issues & building work, we have a venue change for Autumn Soul for this year. We will meet in Wesley College, Dublin, with sleeping arrangements to be confirmed!

    We are so excited to be gathering in Wesley College, Dublin for Autumn Soul 2026! This years event is a full weekend residential & we can't wait to see you & your young people there, ready to worship, learn about & listen to God!

    Below is some helpful information as you come to book your group into the weekend, but as always, if you have any questions just let us know!

     

    WEEKEND COST: 

    Full Price: £65pp (this includes all meals over the weekend, including Saturday tea)

    Leaders required to meet ratios: £30pp

    Additional Leaders (outside of ratios): Full Price

    Sibling Discount: Full Price for first child, there is a £10 discount for any additional siblings

    Saturday Day Ticket: £30pp (this includes lunch & tea)

     

    LEADER REQUIREMENTS:

    • The main leader(s) must be at least 21
    • 1 Leader for every 8 people (or less)
    • Minimum 2 leaders per group 
    • For mixed gender groups there MUST be male and female leaders
    • Full payment is required to secure the booking. 

     

    Once your group has booked there will be additional information to be passed onto IMYC:

    - Parental Consent & Dietary Requirements. This must be gathered through the jotform link below.

    - The group leader, parent & IMYC will all receive a copy: AS Parental Consent Form

    - For any dietary requirements for those 18+, please send us an email!

  • Garda Vetting Checks

    As this event is held in Republic of Ireland ALL leaders/volunteers attending MUST have a valid Garda Vetting check in place.

    If you are coming from Northern Ireland, please ensure you start this process as soon as possible. Garda Vetting have a 4-5 week turnaround time for applications at the moment, and leaders will not be able to attend the event without one in place.

    A valid Garda Vetting check means one completed through the Methodist Church in Ireland within the last 3 years.

    Access NI checks are NOT VALID in Republic of Ireland.

    Safeguarding Training

    All leaders/volunteers must also have completed Safeguarding Training through the Methodist Church in Ireland within the last 3 years.

    This allows us to verify their Safeguarding records & have an accurate list of attendees.

  • We have been investigating the possibility of providing two coaches (one departing from the Greater Belfast area & one departing from Lisburn/Portadown/Lurgan - TBC).

    Our hope is that leaders would be able to meet at the departure point & leave their cars in the church car park.

    Could you please give us an indication if this is something you would be interested in for your group? We understand that some groups might want to make their own way down to Dublin, or have access to their own bus. On the other hand, it may be more helpful to have everyone pile on a coach!

    Giving us an indication if you are interested helps us figure out which size of coach we will potentially need. Our hope is to be able to fund travel as much as possible.

    If you’re coming from Sligo/Fermanagh, please do get in touch with the office as usual about travel grants for your potential bus hire.

              It is essential that your group is represented at this meeting to avoid missing vital information, ask questions & feel equipped for Autumn Soul. Please make sure at least one leader from your group attends.
