    At Carroll County Mental Health Advocates and The Recovery Spot of West Georgia, we believe that the people who live, work, and recover in our community are the best people to tell us what our community needs.

    We want to hear from YOU!

    This short survey will help us better understand the barriers people experience when seeking or maintaining recovery, what helps people stay connected, and what resources, services, support groups, and recovery pathways our community may be missing.

    Your responses are anonymous unless you choose to provide your name and/or contact information. You do not have to provide any identifying information to participate.

    Your feedback will help us identify gaps, improve our services, strengthen community partnerships, and advocate for resources that meet the actual needs of people in Carroll County and surrounding communities.
