AI & Uniquely Human Experiences: Faculty Interest

We are interested in research aimed at understanding how Artifical Intelligence [AI] can be harnessed in human-centered ways to promote optimal development and well-being across the lifespan, financial health, human relationships, and communities. These efforts include studying and cultivating "uniquely human skills" (empathy, care, and the tangible experience of making things) within automated and changing AI technology.

This interest group spans a broad range of disciplines, including psychology, sociology, public health, public policy, nursing, education, business, computer science, information technology, data science, and any discipline that explores research questions at this intersection.

Build a campus-wide community of scholars
Connect faculty with complementary expertise
Identify opportunities for interdisciplinary research collaborations and future funding
