This production is a heartfelt homage to the classic film It’s a Wonderful Life, reimagined as a live radio play set within a golden-age studio on Christmas eve.
Using voice and foley (live sound effects) the story of Bedford Falls is brought to life, evoking the nostalgic vibe of the black-and-white film
At its centre is George Bailey, a man who begins to question the value of his life and the impact one person can have on a community. When his guardian angel Clarence appears, George is shown what the world would be like if he had never existed.
Rather than a direct recreation, this adaptation celebrates the warmth, humor, and enduring message of the original, offering a cinematic, nostalgic experience shaped by performance, sound, and imagination.
